Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Company Registration 3. Law on Joint Venture of Foreign-Funded Enterprise 4. Law on Cooperation of Foreign-Funded Enterprise 5. Law on Sole Proprietorship of Foreign-Funded Enterprise Item type: Items subject to administrative examination and approval License type: report relevant paperwork the decisive authority: the highest level administrative registration authority responsible for entitling the name for an enterprise. Permissive license and validity period: the cancellation of notification is permitted Long-term legal validity: cancellation of registration certificate, termination of enterprise’s operation certificate Permissive condition: 1. conditions prescribed by the corporate law 2. conditions prescribed by regulation on enterprises in the three forms of joint venture, cooperative business and foreign investment.
